Nahye's Adventures || Homemade Shampoo

Lately I’ve really been into natural and healthy things, like homemade beauty recipes or healthy food. I just had enough of these beauty products full of chemicals and of these supermarkets’ food full of dyes and added flavors…  I want to stay healthy, take care of my body and stop buying brands and products that don’t care of my health or anything else and at the same time uses my money for the worst of causes ( -_- if ya see what I mean). So I was on tumblr one day, and I saw a post of one of my favorite youtuber talking about how she doesn’t use shampoo to wash her hair anymore (she has indeed beautiful hair) and I thought like Yeah that’s a good idea! I wanna try it! I went then on google looking for easy homemade shampoo recipes and I found a really easy one. So basically it’s a shampoo made of cucumber and lemon. As a creative person I had to be creative (yeah I know) and to add some interesting things on it. I decided to add to this easy recipe an egg and a spoonful of honey, because my brain remembered reading about their benefits for hair. So I mixed all of it and ran wash my hair with it. Here are the results:  The bathroom smelled eggs three days straight. I had to wash my hair once again, because the cucumber was still there and it smelled eggs at the same time.     The only positive point was that after my hair dried it didn’t swell. Moral of the story: Don’t believe everything you see on the internet, even if the website looks cool. Yeah … Look just down here to see how it looked like.

‘til the next time,
xoxo, Nahye.

ps: I am not giving up! still trying to find cool things and tricks out there ;) peace out!

First day of school & personality test

The first day of school is now behind for most of us, and mine was actually pretty good Alhamdoulil'allah. As you can read in my last post I was a bit stressed about it, and now I think that we always worry for nothing.
I had from some of my friends few shy questions, but they were all respectful towards me and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I answered the shy questions simply, because I didn't really wanted to go on big explanations. For the muslim girls that I know were very happy for me and told me that seeing me having enough courage to wear the hijab, it made them want to wear it too, and that made me so happy. The funny thing is that most of them didn't recognize me at first, because they didn't expect it.
But guess what? We already have school projects and they even told us to start looking for companies for our internship and for schools for our study pursuit. Anyways. I felt so tired at the end of the week, because apparently my body forgot the long days at shool and public transportations.

Well, let just talk about fun things cause' like... yeah (sorry I'm bad at transitions). Lately I did this super cool test to know about your personality, and the descriptions of your personality they give you after the test are very precise. Here's the link: 16 personalities. Please check it and tell me which personality you are and if the results are correct, cause' I wanna know who you are :)
Oh by the way, I am an INTJ (check the website and you'll know what it means). And one more thing, are you excited as me for fall?!!! Yeeeah me too ;)

'til the next time,
xoxo, Nahye.
